We equip advanced automatic plants and machinery which enables processing and packaging of manufactured spices all in a hygienic way. We have all the infra-structural facilities to conduct regular market surveys; analyses market trends to know about people’s choice and their food habits, which enable us for further improvement and innovation in the quality of the spices, as of 2023 company has a installed processing capacity of 78 tons per day
Recently Company has expanded its range to Instant Noodles, Macaroni and Pasta, as of 2023 company has installed capacity of more than 50 million Pouch of Instant Noodles Pouchs of Rs.5 each month and over 2 million Pouchs per Month of Rs.10, and for Macaroni and Pasta company has installed capacity of 780 tons per month.

Through the quality control process, the product quality will be maintained, and the manufacturing defects will be examined and refined.The quality control process is divided into three separate processes, which are IQC (incoming quality control), IPQC (in-process quality control) and OQC (outgoing quality control).

Their are various stages of Masala Quality Check ensures the brand maintains the best taste, quality & hygiene standards. We have 3 stages of testing which involves tasting of masala after every crucial stage viz-a-viz Purchasing, Blending and Final Mixing. No colors or chemicals are added in the manufacturing of RL Masaala.
